 Turkey Texas lease

Still have a couple opening on my lease just east of turkey Texas. Year around lease with water and electricity. Lease is 3500 a gun. I have a feeder and blind set up that someone can use. Yes there is mule deer out there. They tend to stay one the south side of the place. They have seen some good mule deer but have not shot any. Where I hunt is on the north side so I don’t see them very often.
We have been on it for 3 years and only take 2 deer off the place by choice. We have seen some really nice whitetail we wanted to grow another year or two.

Very surprising to me also. I don’t know if everyone is waiting till last minute to see what pops up. The people before us shot a 173 whitetail off it. Place is very good! Not many places you can hunt mule deer whitetail turkey pigs varmints and quail. I’m sure someone will jump on it soon.

I would have if my house a/c until didn't crap itself. Because of age I have to replace inside and outside unit.
If I'm not hunting something I must be dead.
