 Draw hunts past deadline on 1/1/19??

I noticed on the check status portion of the TPWD website a couple of hunts I have never seen before that are already past the deadline. Any one know what these are about?
Crossbow Deer N/A 1/1/2019 Past Deadline
E-Postcard Predator N/A 1/1/2019 Past Deadline
Guided Deer Hunt Package N/A 1/1/2019 Past Deadline
Guided Exotic Hunt Package N/A 1/1/2019 Past Deadline
Several others to. This is just a couple.

It just means that they are not offering hunts in that category this year.
