Anyone on here a member? One of the training grounds show to be close to my dads house. Any info to share from members would be great

I am. Great club. Not sure if you’re on Facebook, but that’s probably the best place to get information about training dates and upcoming events. The club also has an e-mail list for those that don’t use FB. Hope to see you around! -Dave

Don’t do the Facebook stuff. I looked over their website but didn’t know how up to date is was. Was really wanting to know what the dues get you. When you can use the training grounds and so forth. I’m pretty sure the place in Wylie is right next to my parents neighborhood

I believe the Wylie training grounds have been or fixing to be sold. Best bet would to be reach out to someone on their website. They also usually meet at Scotty P’s in Plano towards the end of each month.
Here is some information from the monthly email
As some of you are aware, the Wylie training grounds have been sold. We will not have them going into 2020, so the board is actively looking for another property. If you have or know of some property close to the Metroplex please reach out to one of the board members, so we can check it out. We still have the property in Royce City to use. All we need to do is mow around the ponds and clean up some of the fields.
Lone Star Top Gun will be held this year at Elm Fork Shooting Sports on August 10th starting at 8:00 am. As in the past, we will be shooting 5 stand. This is a club member-only event, where the club will be paying for your 5 stand shooting. Make sure you bring your gun and enough ammo for 3 rounds. We will be at the Green 5 stand behind the club house. Elm Fork is located at 10751 Luna Rd, Dallas, TX 75220 Please RSVP to Tanner Toal. jtannertoal@gmail.com
Monthly Meeting
Lone Star will be having our monthly meeting Thursday, July 18th at Scotty P's in Plano. Hope you be able to be there.

Yes. I am a member. For about 9 months now. Wylie training grounds are still being used...except when it was too flooded from the rain this spring
