When smoking different meats simultaneously (pork, beef, chicken), is there any food safety issues if one is placed over the other while cooking? Example, pork juices dripping on chicken, or beef? Or visa versa?

I try not to have juices from one meat dripping in another if I can help it for flavor purposes and to preserve the bark but I don’t think there are any health concerns. All of the meat will be fully cooked anyway.

here too ... but when I am doing a bunch of different stuff, sometimes it's not possible to not have some juices drip from one type of meat to another.

In which case I'll let beef and pork drip on chicken but not the other way around.

I love to put my baked beans under whatever I am smoking to catch the drippings.

Love a pot of beans done under a brisket.
