Smoked for 2.75 hrs at 250. Olive oil and a dry rub. Turned out great for a first try. [Linked Image]

sheep, lamb ... just not a flavor I care for. My son in law had a big to-do over a leg of lamb, brought it to our house to cook, he was all goo goo gaa gaa over it, didn't do much for me (nor anyone else in the family for that matter)

It looks great!

Like PMK I have never been very impressed with sheep/lamb/mutton dishes, but have eaten some and would surely give it a try with the looks of it.
