I recall seeing a knife or two on the THF for BBQ sets, specifically a good knife for cutting up briskets that I saw.

Please post pics of what you have made, or bought.

Thinking a nice custom knife would be a fun thing to gift for a friend that does a lot of briskets. And even one for myself, perhaps.
