Bluebonnet in Trenton does a good job. Deer, hogs, sika and axis processed there last season.

I second Bluebonnet. Had a deer and an elk done there last year and they did a great job.

Hunt county, but not far out of Fannin. "Po Boys" in Merit is who I use. They do exactly what I asked, are very fast, and I always get all of my meat back. I've lost count of the number of whitetail I've taken to them, and have taked 3 elk to them. They've never disappointed me.
