Have you guys ever heard or seen anything like this? Just surprised that they were able to bypass the migratory bird act so easily.

they probably got the ok because these geese aren't migratory, but residents, and too many of them

Logical assumption on your part but how would they know that? Doubt any research was done prior to this decision Being made

trap and put gps transmitters in a big enough percentage of them to represent. I would be surprised if any of them actually left
