Figured I’d whip together some eggs, mushrooms, tomato, onions and garlic since I just went through a few rounds of seasoning this new pan. No better test to the pan to see if the eggs stick to the bottom or not. Slice like pie and top with some hot sauce. Easy peasy

1/2 container of fresh sliced mushrooms
1/2 tomato (cubed) (or you can use canned)
1 Cup of favorite shredded cheese
1 Kielbasa Sausage (or substitute bacon for the sausage if you want, I do it both ways)

First step is to slice and fry the kielbasa, or if you chose bacon than fry that up with a little butter. Put on a plate to the side when finished. Leave grease in pan.
Second, fry the onion and mushrooms together, add butter if needed. When almost done, add the meat of choice back in the pan.
Third, pour the 7 eggs (whisked up with salt, pepper, and a dash of milk) on all the spread evenly ingredients in the pan.
Fourth, evenly top with the cubed tomatoes
Fifth, top that entire mixture with your cup of grated cheese.

Pop into a preheated 400` degree oven for approx. 20-25 minutes. Once its near the end of that time frame start to check the center with a toothpick, when it comes out dry and looks fluffy all the way through you are done.
Once out of the oven you can top with fresh chopped green onion

Now fess up and tell the truth.

Sounds like you need out of the wife's doghouse.

Regardless that looks worth eating.
