I forgot how awesome a round they are

They were a legend when I was a youngster. Made your 10/22 a grizzly rifle.

Never had a .22 that shot them worth a darn. Regular Mini Mags, yes. Stingers, no.

Yellow Jackets are my favorite. My stash is getting pretty low.

What are they used for? Certainly not accuracy.

I agree with that accuracy statement, they do make a mess of a small critter if you do make contact though. I reserve the bo I have for the Beretta 21A for a summer time pocket pistol/belly gun

When they first came out I was impressed with how well they shot and used them to take crows pretty far out. The ones I bought recently do not seem up to to that standard of accuracy.

less than stellar accuracy but, its not hard to hit minute of coyote 100yrds and in.

now the Velocitors I have seem much more accurate, heavier and have more "energy", I have 1000 on stand by

For target shooting, try Lapua or Eley and the target will change your mind.

Or Wolf.

They are definitely in my top three. Velocitors, stingers, mini mags. Not necessarily in that order.

Yellow jackets, Stingers and Velocitors are the three WORST 22 rounds sold by American companies and anything worse than Golden Bullets is BAD.
