Magnesium Citrate. It’s similar to a colonoscopy prep. Be close to home when you drink it.
This is not a healthy decision by the way. Drink plenty of water several hours beforehand. Drink the entire bottle of Mag Cit. Full effects in 30 minutes to 3 hours. Cheap and at every store around. Many use this to drop into a weight class before a weigh in in sports. Or if they’re constipated. Whatever

You need a combination of things to happen- no salt (to retain water weight), heavy exercise with sustained cardio keeping your heart rate up to burn fat (several times a day), no carbs and super lean protein (fish, chicken) with negative calorie foods (broccoli, lettuce, spinach,, etc. minimum caloric intake), and the exercise you do could be outside in the heat to shed water weight. Shedding the water weight would be the day before, since it's not a healthy method. But wrestlers and boxers put on heavy clothes and go run to sweat the water weight out right before weigh in.
The gym I used to work out at had several models and competition body builders. They would do these methods before their show. It is not a healthy method to sustain, but it works in a short period. They admitted it was not healthy, but it worked for trimming down the last bit of fat. There were also some drinks they used, but I have no idea what they were.

Furosemide (Lasix). If the weigh-in is at noon, take two 20mg at 6 am, skip breakfast, and try not to drink anything until after the weigh-in. Also (or in lieu of), work out heavily the evening before. You will aspirate a lot of liquid overnight in addition to the sweat from working out.

I doubt anyone could sweat out more than lasix will make you pee out.

I am also competing in an 18 day weight challenge. I have done this before and I found diets are a small part of the key to victory. It’s MOTIVATION and SELF DISCIPLINE. I don’t have a weight problem but I still try to keep a straight face when somebody that is more than a 100 pounds overweight is advising me of the safe and proper way to diet. BE A THINNER WINNER.

Avoid sodium. Don't eat out, that has LOTS of sodium. Take a water pill Wednesday.

Eat a bag of sugar free gummy bears. It will empty out your whole system. Clear your schedule though because you will be busy for a while.
You should have been here yesterday!

Scot, how did you do on the Thursday weigh in? Did you make it? What did you try to shed the weight?
