Looks a little crusty....how tough/dry vs tender was the bark.... I love cheek meat.....

Smoked for about 4.5 hours then wrapped in butcher paper When you guys wrap meat in butcher paper, how are you securing it to keep it wrapped?

Smoked for about 4.5 hours then wrapped in butcher paper When you guys wrap meat in butcher paper, how are you securing it to keep it wrapped? I just wrap it pretty tight and fold it on the bottom, leaving it to rest on the fold. A bit of tape if you need it.
