 Quick to get Anniversary gift idea for her?

7 years is coming up on Sunday. I'm getting her a dozen roses, just like I've done every year, but we've both agreed to not get anything for each other. Last night, my oldest boy (3 years old) slipped by saying she was getting me something...
So any quick-to-pick-up ideas on something simple, yet meaningful I could do or get? Ordering anything is too late in the game.
I feel like I've done well in the past on things she's needed or wanted, but i'm having a huge brain fart on this one since it in only a couple of days out.

Spa Day or Nails gift certificate is my go to when I screw up and wait too late on an anniversary.

Get her nothing. Stick to the agreement. If it was any other woman, I would. Fortunately for me, she's probably the most non-materialistic woman I've ever met and can't stand shopping. Weird for a woman, I know, but typically makes for easy gift ideas. I do all my shopping at Buccees. Didn't even think of Buccees. Excellent idea. That's right up her ally.
