Good ruling, it will be interesting to see if CA wants to challenge it and take it to the next level. If this were to make it all the way to the US Supreme Court and they accept the case and rule the same way it would be game over for gun grabbers. If they donít accept the case then they allow the ruling to stand and same thing. Most likely this will kept them from trying to Tax bullets out of sight seeing how the judge use Heller vs DC in his ruling.

They called it "Freedom Week." I have a lot of shooting buddies out there. A lot of them went so far as to buy magazines for guns they didn't even have yet. They knew there would be an injunction or a stay or something so they went ape-nuts buying magazines on line while it was in effect. Once the pending stay was announced a lot of big online sellers stayed open past usual hours and relegated every available employee to warehouses filling orders to beat the deadline.
