Arrested again in a parking lot in CT acting erratically, failed field sobriety test. Arrested for operating motor vehicle (truck) under influence of drugs and alcohol.

I was in the insurance business and wonder, how a company could hire a driver like this one, and keep their insurance? On commercial policies you generally have to specifically add a driver at which time the MVR is checked. There's lots we don't know but I'd bet that the company he was driving for will go out of business.

It's worse than you think, he got a DUI in Connecticut, the State Police delayed entering it into the national reporting system. When they did on May 29th, there were some errors, that failed to trigger the automatic process to suspend his licenses in Massachusetts, it did trigger a manual warning that wasn't acted upon, that cost the Massachusetts Register of Motor Vehicles her job. I talked to my sister who is retired from the Connecticut Court System. She said that when she retired there was a mass exodus due to changes in the retirement system. The people they brought in to be trained, didn't have the attention to detail required of the job, so she wasn't surprised by the failure of the system.
