Brined a turkey breast and cooked it on the Weber with a little apple wood. Durkees sauce, soy and hot Hungarian paprika basted on.

Where did you buy it? I can't find turkey breast that aren't attached to a full turkey. Looks great by the way, would love to see some slices.

I get mine at HEB, I like smoking a single breast while doing ribs, they don't take long to do. I smoke it to about 135 wrap in foil with half a stick of butter, cook to 160-165.

Inject it with Tony Chacheres butter and jalapeno marinade along with your seasoning.
