I picked up some shrimp today at HEB. I made shrimp with 3 different types of seasonings.
1. Shrimp cooked in lime juice, lime zest, butter and wine in a skillet.
2. Shrimp grilled with a home made Cajun spice blend. I make my own spice blend to better control the amount of salt.
3. Shrimp grilled with Za'Atar seasoning. Za'Atar seasoning originated in the Middle East and it imparts a smokey lemon flavor to fish, shrimp, and vegetables.
I served the shrimp with seasoned fresh green beans and a wild rice dish.
