Hard for me to pull for Michigan, but they seem to be playing the best baseball right now. Was hoping to see Martin finally break the curse and win one his last time thru. Amazing how many time they've been to the CWS and never won it!

You can’t fix stupid. LinkI wondered what the heck that noise was on TV! Now I know. He's obviously too damn stupid to realize what he's doing equates to someone blowing a whistle constantly in an effort to distract the opposing team's pitcher. He never whistles when Vandy is in the field. Crowd noise is one thing, but creating a loud and almost constant whistle is just being a pain in the [censored] to those who want to enjoy the game. It even annoyed my wife when I was watching Vandy play last week and she just happened to be in the room without paying any attention to the game.

I figured Vandy would do it, but I also thought MSU would get another shot at them (Louisville's comeback ruled me wrong though). We just don't need no stinkin Yankee school winning it.

That was painful. Is Michigan the favorite? I don't think so, they beat the favorite UCLA in the Super Regionals, Vanderbilt was ranked number two. I would think that Vanderbilt would be favored but then again Michigan is hot.

We just don't need no stinkin Yankee school winning it. Having a team like Michigan winning it helps keep the traditional power programs in check. And let's be honest, the kids in that part of the country are at a disadvantage when it comes to playing baseball during the winter months. Heck, it's common for kids in this part of the country to play organized baseball year round.
