Three squares everyday for me. All contain meat. The closest I ever come to meatless is the thin slice of pepperoni on my frozen pizza. How about you?

I don't think I have ever intentionally gone meatless, but I have eaten many meals without meat. Do you count eggs as meat?

eggplant parm
various dishes using large mushrooms
fried eggs/toast
cheese pizza
lasagna with mushrooms in place of meat

Im sure more

Only at breakfast if I am having cereal. Cheerios and a little milk and I am good for breakfast.

Meatless meal? Is it really a meal without meat? I would call those snacks.

Do boiled eggs count, I mean they are technically baby chicks.

Right. Its like eating oatmeal for breakfast. Technically its a meal but basically just something to get in your tummy until lunch rolls around and you can eat real food.

Made zuchinni lasagna again last night... garden is still churning them out. Its not a meet free meal because it has a pound of venison in it. In a heartbeat I would replace the meat with a couple pounds of sautéed mushrooms, no not forever but I love mushrooms to death and nobody in my family will tough them with a ten foot pole. This turned into a macho me cave man me gotta have meat post. I have eaten far to many meals to count that were great without a main meat entre.

The only meatless meal I have is salad. Lunch a lot, and sometimes it’s all I have for dinner.

We eat salads for dinner often, but they almost always have fajita, taco meat etc. on them.

I don't know. Seems like every meal starts with some sort of meat. I am a huge fan of plain cheese pizzathough. Call me crazy but i do love me some little caesars plain cheese pizza. I am the only ine in my household that will touch the plain cheese until they are looking for leftovers the next day!

I have had some tofu stuff a couple times that was deliciois, but ot was some form of curry from various thai or indian places and they got that sort of thing figured out. Will never replace meat for me though, only if ot's recommended and reportedly delicious!

Oh heck yeah! I can make a meal out of a sliced tomato or two with a little salt and pepper. Dessert would be a chilled cantalope half with a scoop of vanilla Blue Bell in it. (I try to buy the un-licked kind.....)

We have various meatless meals, one of my favorites is Bruschetta. Tomatoes all cut up with chopped basil and mozzarella. All on olive oil drenched toasted bread.
