This is probably not what your looking for but, there used to be a chili’s there.
Never been to a camping world. I prefer Dick's to be honest.

Popo's put a 2nd location in the old Pampell's building; right on the corner of Sidney Baker (?) and the river. It's decent. As a boy, my grandfather used to ride his horse into town and get a soda at Pampell's.

Mamacitas is a good standby. Just outside Kerrville on the highway to Harper try Café at the Ridge.

Not what you want maybe but I ate at Cracker Barrel the other day. Food ok, service was questionable.
