What percent fat do you use in your beef patties at home? What size patties? What percent fat do you use when you buy ground beef for other dishes?

I use 84/15 on my quarter pounders and 93/7 on my meatloaf or spaghetti sauce ground beef. This total dinner was 600 calories plus the oil for the hash brown patty/ browned bun. ![[Linked Image]](https://texashuntingforum.com/forum/pics/userpics/2019/06/full-16668-190525-image.jpg)

85/15 mostly when we buy ... most of our ground meat is venison

Use ground venison and venison/pork shoulder mix for everything.
