Memphis. My hammer is down going through that dump. Impossible. I've never seen so many drivers drive so fast, just to get in front of you and then slow down and drive below the speed limit. Last time I drove to DFW, I went south to Birmingham, just to avoid Memphis.

I liked how they called it a working class neighborhood. As if people living there have jobs.  40% live below the poverty level and over 40% didn't graduate high school. Only a 1/3 of the adult population even has a job. Sounds like a lovely place.

US Marshals means the dude was wanted by the Feds. And it probably wasn't for parking tickets or jay walking. Not necessarily. They will serve felony warrants for other law enforcement agencies. It doesn’t have to be a federal offense.
