We are looking for (2) hunters to join our group.
We have ~3,300 acre of a 12,000 acre ranch west of Llano along the south bank of the Llano River
14 total guns, $3650 year per spot annually ($3,050 spot + $500 protein + $100 electric)
MLD, but landowner ends season in January before calving season of his Akaushi heifers
Deer, hogs, coyotes, bobcats, and exotics occasionally (no turkey)
Our 12th season on the ranch
Each member has their own hunting area.
Each member is required to keep 800+ lb protein feeder in their area. L&E fills our protein feeders. Cost is $500 per year towards protein fund.
Each member is allowed one trophy (4.5+ year old) and cull buck. This is a 125 - 155 type trophy deer lease. In the past, bucks have been taken in the 160s - 170s. Cull bucks are agreed on by the members. Doe harvest based-off annual survey.
Family friendly lease atmosphere, we allow our wife and kids (still in school) to take cull bucks off our tags, along with hogs and varmints. No guest policy per landowner.
Camp has power and water, $100 per year electric
Walk-in cooler with skinning station
For more information and questions send me a PM.

Dang. This makes me sad that I just found this post. Would have jumped on this opportunity.
We're currently on a 650 acre lease ~30 south of Brownwood in northern San Saba county, but this is likely our last season on the place, and we're hoping to find something closer to home (Llano is only a 45 minute drive for us).
