IMO at least. Guess the cut. And holy crap was it good. This was Wagyu. My favorite summer beer as well.

Spinalis. The cap of the redeye. They cut the whole thing off so I looks like a huge flank steak. It's that outside piece of meat on your rib eye. $49.99 a lb. I always look for the ribeye with the largest cap. Sooo nicely marbeled.
