I am looking to fill 2 spot on a quail lease that will join 3 other guys. The ranch is 5000 acres and the quail hunters can start on December 15th of every year. Cost is $2500.00 per gun with one guest privilege per trip. There is an old trailer house on the property that could be used but is in need of repair, if someone was willing to repair. Two of the guys just drive back to Childress and stay in town approx. 35 miles. It's raining and looking better than it has in a long time and birds are paired up everywhere.
