That's a complete point!. Rarely does one find a perfect point, they're nearly always in various degree's of repair.


Yes! A Weatherby does kill them deader.

could be an arrowhead for small game. my great grandmother made small game arrowheads for the tribe. dad gave me one recently that she made that is about the same size or smaller. that one looks like it could have been used for fish

From the looks of that point it's more like the feller that owned it previously was pretty desperate. That's an atlatl point (Base width tells us that) and I'm not sure I've ever seen one that short before and still in use. The fact that it's been taken down to a fresh edge means it's seen allot of use. Most are discarded and replaced before they get that short, must have been out of flint and spare points. He was hanging in there with that one.
