If you have good light for the hunt look at Falcon Menace. No first hand experience but I’ve heard good things about them except low light performance.

I got a 12X from an individual for $250. It is clear, will hold zero, has a damn good reticle, and will dial what you tell it to.

The obvious choice. Not sure why I overlooked it to start with.

Here's the deal. I have the .22 Creedmoor being built, the new reamer has FINALLY shipped to the gunsmith. All other parts are on hand, so, gun should be done in a few weeks.

My friend at Europtics, (I call him a friend cuz Ive bought allot from him and he treats me right). sold me the Nightforce SHV 5-20X50 a few months ago. I never unwrapped it, just left it in the safe.

Of course, Nightforce introduces their new NX8 and of course, I wanted one.

My guy said he would send ,me a return label for the SHV and credit it towards a new NX8 !! I did it

I could rob the 6.5-20 Leupold off my daughters 7mm-08 (no turrets) or, take the Z6 Swaro off my 6.5 Creed but (Jason, dont say it) the Swaro has a BT turret. Or take the Leupy 4.5-14X40 off my little Remington 5R .223 but thats my go to dog gun.

SS 10X, 12X, 16X all would be good choices. The 16X if you're good at leaving both eyes open, getting your scope on target. I shot prairie dogs 7 years straight. Didn't use 20X all that often, and didnt dial all that often, either. Laser it, hold elevation and wind, shoot, repeat, repeat for 800 rounds.
