Looking for help pricing this truck. I am getting a % of the sales price so I want to maximize the sale. He has over $15k invested in it. The doner truck was a 2000 2WD Tahoe and currently has 130k miles. The conversion was done about 6 years ago. Very good shape and the conversion is top notch, all wiring in looms, rhino lined in and out, air bags, 1/8” aluminum roof, garage kept. What do you think it’s worth? I will post in the trading section once I can figure out a price so pls don’t offer here just looking for help.

Maybe a 3rd of what he has invested? Or less. Pretty small market for something like this. The fact that it's 2 wheel drive doesn't make it a good option for a deer lease vehicle.

High mileage
Beat up
No wipers, and who knows what else, not street legal.

I truly see 1500 realistically not much of a market for it, but 2wd kills most of the market there would be for it. I’m sure he has a ton invested. But a decent shape 4wd can be bought for 2k. It’s not a top drive or high rack to hunt off of. Probably not what you want to hear but to me it’s worth it’s weight in scrap and that’s about it.

It's definitely a niche vehicle. Very small niche at that. I might call some of the drive thru safari parks (Glen Rose, New Branufels, Franklin, etc.) and see if they might have any interest. Or try to find some old guy with a big ranch with paved roads and a lot of grand kids.

Sorry, but I have to agree with the above statements. No 4X4 would be a deal breaker for me. $3-4,000 is about it. But as Gumbeaux said, maybe someone with a lot of grandkids who just wants it to tour the ranch and not work or hunt out of.
