We are a group of family and friends, spanning 3 generations, that has been dove hunting together since the 1970's. We typically have from 18-22 hunters each year. Our group consists of hunters from DFW, Austin, and Houston and thus our target areas are between Austin and Fort Worth (and Westward) in the Central Zone. We are not day hunters. We make it an entire weekend of outdoors and so camping is about as equally important to us as the birds and bird attractants. We would want an exclusive seasonal price, as we typically will come back 3-4 times during the season and may even come back for the Winter season as well. We are very respectful of the land and our goal is always to leave it cleaner than it was when we arrived. Including picking up our shells as we go. If the scenery/camping/hunting meet our requirements, we will come back annually. Thus eliminating the headache of trying to find suitable lessees each year, for the landowner.
