I liked the thought of your meal, so I made my version for dinner tonight.
First I made a home made ranchero sauce using tomatoes, onion, serrano pepper, garlic and a little thyme. I cooked this down in a skillet to get rid of excess water.
My base was 2 corn tortillas separated by a layer of refried beans. I topped that with a slice of cheddar cheese and a slice of ham. Next I added my eggs and bacon. The top was the ranchero sauce.
