Has anyone ever done any quail hunting around Waurika? I have the chance to hunt some pretty decent land around there that hasn't been hunted in a few years and wanted to see if anyone had some experience. Thanks in advance!

I have hunted the area the last 3 years. It’s tough. If I were you I’d drive the extra distance up to black kettle. The area didn’t see the boom that everybody else did in Texas or Oklahoma. Just kind of bizarre to me that it has just stayed static.

In dog beers, I've only had one.

You have permission to hunt pretty good, private ground, 2 hours from you, that hasn't been hunted in years, and you want to know if you should go?

Yes...you should.
