I bought in, started the series 2 weeks ago. I’m up to season 4 now and it’s pretty good entertainment. Still nothing compares to Breaking Bad for me. I couldn’t put that show away at night.

Got to say that for the most part, I've been entertained for the last 8 years by Game of Thrones. Same. I agree that the last season was very underwhelming. The earlier seasons, you had to pay attention every single second or you would miss something important. Not that way for season 8

Very disappointing 8th season. Great show for 6 years. I agree. Needed the final two books written in order to give this a proper finish. They left the door wide open to reboot it, plus there are other spinoffs in the works.

I enjoyed 7.5 seasons. The last 3 episodes were poorly written and the way they ended it was lame.

They went with the safe bet on the season finale. It wasn't the ending I wanted and I was a little disappointed, but I thought the ended it in the only way that wouldn't lead to more war.
Still a great series overall. Now I am just waiting on George RR Martin to finish the book series to see how he ends it.
