This property has never been deer hunted before in the past. It is more of a duck lease with year round access and availability for deer and hogs. Have pictures of deer taken in the area. Your average mature buck is likely going to be in the 120-139 range, every couple of years we see a 140+ realistically.

Type of ducks is going to depend on the winter we get. Mainly hold puddle ducks gadwall and wigeon. If it gets cold enough will hold mallards when they get down here.
