I see kale, bok choy, maters, red lettuce and what must be dressing in the center. I would eat the maters wrapped in bok choy and leave the rest. Kale sux.

Looks like some type of baked pastry in the middle. Maybe a pot pie.

I bet it was expensive. Why is she in Belgium?

She's teaching legal writing in Spain this summer. Sightseeing while she is there.

She just called. She is waiting on a train to Paris. She will be there two days, then on to Spain.

My daughter is in Belgium also. Think they're going to Paris tomorrow also. Small world!

"It was Belgian endive (the greens on the side), curly leaf lettuce, red lettuce, tomatoes, and a crusted chevre (goat cheese) medallion in the center. It was pretty darn delicious too."

Well damn, she made it sound good.

Good for her Bill. Probably would not be a fan of that plate
