There food quality taste has dropped a lot imo. Their biscuits are like rocks and something isn't the same with their beef/hamburger.
And people loving on Chik fila must not have a taste bud one...........pure propaganda like starbutt coffee. Libs like starbutts and conservatives tout chik fila and Texans rave about Whataburger.
JAck in the box has the best all round food and they serve you 24 hours a day That’s just crazy talk  I actually had a modicum of respect for the man, but...now that's gone. 'Haven't eaten anything from Jack in, must be 30 years. I did like the ads a few years ago though.

Freddy's blows Whataburger away. Freddy's patty actually has a crust on it with some flavor, Whataburger's grey flavorless patty looks they microwave them.
Whataburger is no better than Dairy Queen IMO

They are privately held, in a news release they said they hired Morgan Stanley to manage a major expansion.
That is what the morning paper reported.

Dating myself but started eating the food at WhataBurger's first place they had just a few blocks away from our house I grew up in on Ayers Street in Corpus Christi, Texas. Just a short hop to the L and T heads where the small boats were harbored downtown Corpus. I can tell you it's been going downhill in the last few years. Heck they would put the buns on the hot grease grill before they made the burgers back then. A good ole greasy hamburger. Saturday was Mom's day off from chasing us around and it was WhataBurger day. Late 50's early 60's. The memories are priceless.
