Hades I will give this one for free.........start an esports gaming center and then recruit and form an esport team or several teams from your venue. Much like a farm system where you can sign players. These teams will be mega valuable one day.
Lots of work and capital......money and knowledgable guys and that's why I wont do it but its an awesome idea for someone or some group
I gots more thoughts on it but that's a springboard

I don't do video games, but I know people and sponsors pay huge amounts of money to gamers in the big tournaments. I've read some of those guys get paid almost as much as some pro athletes. It's ridiculous to me but it happens.
