Almost certain Dudes aren't the only thing they're cooking in the kitchen at the DQ in Cross Plains. Pretty sure you could get a HungerBuster with a side of meth there.

DQ is hit or miss these days on anything but their ice cream. Burgers are usually decent but last couple dudes and steak finger baskets I had tasted like the grease had never been changed. Rarely stop there anymore.

Unless that's your only option, I'd get a different craving.

I guess I'm in the minority here. I don't go to DQ very often, but when I do I normally get the steak finger basket. I think they're pretty darned good.

Yep once every couple of years, not many places around me even offer the steak finger.

I agree, with gravy they would be just meh "OK" but with the canes sauce they are out of this world.

Texas toast and gravy used to be the best thing about the basket. They've gotten too expensive for what you get unless you have a coupon. Was soo good at one time., last time I had one it was ok at best.

One of my sons favorite meals is the steak finger basket from DQ.

You should try their Blizzard Ice Cream Cakes.

They were pretty much a food group for me for probably 20 years but they aint the same anymore. They opened a location in Rowlett several years ago. Naturally I was excited that one of my favorite meals was coming to town. Boy what a let down!!! I think I went there 3 times in 2 weeks right after they opened and haven't been back since. Just horrible!

I can make better steak fingers from the frozen food section at Walmart.

My weight was 145.

I now weigh 210 and cannot eat any hamburger and not gain 2 pounds.

RT I don’t know where you stays but if you’re within driving distance
of a Snuffers restaurant then go treat yourself to some very good
steak fingers. I am not a DQ hater, I enjoy some of them but Snuffers
will have you throwing rocks at their steak fingers.
