I miss the "starter" being on the floorboard. Good memories from my childhood. Sure glad the engines last longer though. How about pushbuttons on the dash for the automatic transmission.

I miss the switch being on the floorboard. Still own one truck with it. 1979 F-250. Picked up my daughter from school one day. "Daddy, what's that?" I said turn it, with your hand. And she rolled down the window. "Daddy, that's cool, what's this other one?" I said flip it up, then push the little window open. "This is great, why don't trucks have these anymore?" Because they are easy to break into.

Keep getting your foot caught in the steering wheel? I heard there is a retofit available to move the switch back to the floor to prevent foot entanglement. But, it was only available to vehicles with Arkansas or Oklahoma regestration.
If the 2nd amendment was written just to include guns for hunting, why is there not an amendment to protect fishing poles?
