And in case you didn't already know...they are excellent climbers. Not at all unusual in East Texas to see them WAY up in trees seeking out bird nests. Spartans ask not...how many, but where!

TGT Tracker T Joined: Dec 2007 Posts: 870 south	I opened the front door yesterday and luckily I stepped back and not forward..... A 2.5 to 3 foot rat snake fell from the ledge above the door..... Needless to say I screamed like a little girl and hollered for my snake tongs..... He made a speedy departure from the entry way to the front porch..... I almost made a mess in my flip flops.... Stub THF Celebrity S Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 43,903 The Outer Limits	I had a similar surprise yesterday when I went to my trailer, opened the door and all I saw was the back end of a snake slithering away, I knew it was non poisonous so I went and got the camera and found this little guy.
