Yum! Love it. Get about 6 meals from one Tom breast. Pan fry with Panko or Progressive bread crumbs. Drizzle with lemon butter. I just cut it in pieces removing all ligaments. My son blew through both wings and cleaned up well. Froze the other breast.

Looks pretty damn good, my favorite was to have wild turkey is in a turkey and seafood gumbo. But I am going to have to try it this way.

Nice. Pan fried is also my favorite wait to eat wild turkey. Hard to beat it. Nice presentation.

What do y’all do with the legs / thighs? I crockpot braise mine with barbacoa style seasoning, then pull the meat & either make tacos or add it to a my chili recipe.
