We have one (possibly 2) openings on our lease in Irion County on the middle concho River. Please PM me after you read the info below and are interested. Please be patient as I will be in and out of service a couple days. I will return PMs as soon as I can.
Approx 2540 acres
5 total guns
Deer, turkey, hogs, javalinas, birds, etc. Year round access.
Our 7th season on the ranch first ever opening we’ve had.
Old ranch house with bunk room style lodging with bunk beds. Nothing fancy but has hot water, kitchen, washer/dryer, TV, etc. Covered skinning/storage area.
Each member has their own private blind/feeder location and we keep 3 community blinds/feeders running. We have blinds and feeders already in place for new member to use or can use your own. We also have another 1500 lb protein feeder available to use. We bow and gun hunt (mainly kids gun hunting).
Each member is allowed one trophy and mgmt bucks as seen. Mgmt bucks are agreed on by the membership and lease manager (me).
We share game camera pics as a group to help manage our place. If this is an issue this isn’t the right lease for you.
Each member is required to keep feed out March through August. Cottonseed, protein, peas, etc really your choice as long as you are feeding. Most of us feed year round and currently feeding protein, peas, and alfalfa.
If you have to take a “trophy” every year this isn’t the lease for you. We didn’t shoot any trophies this past season. We are getting trophy bucks to 6.5 years old now and most management bucks are 4.5+.
This is a 140-160 type trophy deer lease and we have shot bucks into the 70s. In the past deer have been taken into the 80s. The genetics are there.
This is a relatively low deer population area. The river end of the lease has a much higher population.
Family friendly lease we have our kids take mgmt bucks as needed along with hogs etc. Guest policy is pretty limited but guests may hunt with member only.
We are looking for someone that will partner with us to improve the ranch and contribute in camp as well as around the ranch. We are a pretty tight knit group and need the right member to add or we will just absorb the spot. We have a very good relationship with the landowner and will not jeopardize that adding someone we aren’t confident can fit what we and the landowner want.
This is a very hard area to get a lease in and I think is a very special area when it comes to low fence genetics.
Lease is not cheap but inline with going rates in the area.
I’m sure I forgot something but that’s most of it.
Please PM if you think this fits what you are looking for and we can discuss. As I said at the top please be patient with me on returning PMs. I can text pics of deer taken in the past and deer passed this last year.

Do you sell any Javelina hunts to offset cost by chance...
