Don’t have an exact recipe, just usually through it together . Changes from time to time.
This time I used : 2 # venison burger 1 # venison breakfast sausage 3 eggs Several big splashes of Worcestershire Salt Garlic powder Lots of black pepper Then I put 4-5 pieces of bread in a little container and cover with milk to let the bread soak it up.
Mix it all together. Formed 2 loafs and put in big foil pan.
For the glaze this time I used: Ketchup Bbq sauce Mustard Worcestershire Brown sugar Stir all together and spoon on top of meat loaf.
I think I cooked it about an hour on 375.
I love meatloaf. I add different stuff and spices from time to time: Bell peppers Onions Celery Jalapeños Mushrooms Roasted green chili Chili powder Cumin
Just depends o what I have on hand and feel like.
Roasted veggies is also just what I have. This time it was Potatoes Carrots Onions Celery Jalapeños Cherry tomatoes Chopped up, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, season with salt, pepper and garlic. Spread thin on a baking sheet and bake to desired texture.
Also do the same with what veggies I have Broccoli Cauliflower Zucchini Squash Mushrooms
