**NEW** Three Curl Duck Club – North Texas
This duck club consist of over 3,000 acres and 40 bodies of water including managed wetlands and large lakes throughout Ellis and Navarro County. We will only have 10 memberships available this year. Each membership includes exclusive access for dove, duck, goose, and spring fishing. Custom metal blinds will be placed on main hunting locations and brushed for you throughout the season. Three Curl will manage all water management and planting on wetlands. We will also supply each membership with Higdon decoys and Lifetime rigs to use while hunting the club. Weekly scouting reports will be issued to club members and an online reservation system will be used to reserve your location. We have plans to continue and grow membership as well as add a lodge for all members in the future.

Memberships consist of no more than 4 hunters per membership. You may bring a guest in the absence of one of your hunters. [Linked Image]

How many days can you hunt a week? How far in advance can you reserve? "The Club's" leased acreage and body of water will have guides using as well?

Water has always been more expensive than land in Texas. As well as the price does not included just the land lease. It includes blinds, water controls, planting, decoys, weekly scouting reports, utilities for camp to name a few expenses that will be covered by the membership fee not additional cost you will have to pay out of pocket once you get on a land lease.

To purchase all 10 memberships yes it would $100k. Just to clarify this is not all one continuous piece of property, this is not just a land lease. There is not a lot of usless pastures and fields that are normally priced within your typical hunting lease. This is 3,000 acres of water and duck leases spread throughout two counties with over 40 huntable bodies of water. We provide all the planting, blinds, brushing the blinds, weekly scouting reports, decoys, camp and new lodge for the 2020 season.

You may hunt up to 3 days per week during waterfowl season, no limits for dove or fishing. Reservations will open up 24 hours in advance for the following day. Only memberships of the club will have hunting access on all the properties.

I can't figure this out. 3,000 acres of water with 50 huntable bodies would be 60 acres per water hole. None in your pics are anywhere near that size. The majority of the spots in your pics are sheetwater from an abnormally wet and rainy season. How much water/ duck holes are there during a season with normal rain? How much can you pump up if mother nature isn't cooperating?
