We got the word this weekend that the place we have been on for the past 7 years has been sold. We have a group of 3, possibly 6, looking for a family friendly lease with year-round access. Guest/family access would be needed, and we are fine with them shooting off our tags. Mainly looking for deer and hogs. Turkey and exotics would be nice, but it’s not a requirement. We have our own blinds/feeders and plan to feed year-round. We would also be bringing our own trailers, so water and electric would be a requirement. Pre-existing septic connections would be great, but we are fine digging our own septic if needed. This group is very management minded and would love to join up with others that share the same beliefs.

We are based in Houston, so we are looking for something within 4 to 5 hours North, West or Southwest of Houston. Price would be dependent on the features of the lease, but we are looking for something less than 5K per person.
