 Axis Hamburgers?

When you make hamburgers from Axis meat do you mix it with any fat or sausage? I do that with deer meat, but this will be my first time grilling Axis burgers.

I think so. Axis is great meat but zero fat. Burger needs fat. I’d use bacon to grind with it.

Like cast said, I use Bacon ground in the Axis
