I’m pretty sure I saw a post on here for devil egged stuffed jalapeños, but am unable to find it. Does anyone know if it was on here or have a recipe. It was simply the egg yolk mix stuffed in a jalapeño half. My question is was it wrapped in bacon or bacon pieces mixed in and how did you smoke/bake it?

That was mine. I fried the bacon until it was crispy and then I chopped it and mixed it into the egg yolk mixture. The jalapenos were cut in half, deseeded and washed. Any more questions?

Thank you very much. I just could not remember the bacon part and if you cooked the jalapeños or not. I really appreciate the help. I may try and smoke the jalapeño for a bit.

Here is the final product. At least my version.

Egg yolk mix: finely shredded sharp cheddar, whipped cream cheese, splashes of hot red sauce, pepper sauce sauce and Worcestershire, finely chopped bacon and salt/pepper. I smoked the jalapeños whole for 20 or so minutes then cut in half and smoked another 20-30. I wanted them softened but still some crunch. After stuffing I sprinkled with paprika/cumin/coarse salt. They will be served cold. It was a trial and error type recipe.
