Thermal footage from some of our recent hunts. 55 hogs down and lots of through-the-eyepiece footage from the N-Vision Optics Halo LR. We hunt in East Texas and, as shown in the video, the properties mostly consist of woods, river bottoms and pastures. We are shooting AR's chambered in 6.8 spc.

That single @4:57 was doing the ol' crappie flop. Kudos.

People sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf

I just got my N-Vision Halo from FedEx yesterday! I havent mounted it yet, but i have played with the scope and did lots of scanning. The detail is amazing! Pretty sure i saw a squirrel touching his pee pee 2 blocks away! Looking forward to sighting it in on a few of my rifles since it can hold 4 presets!!!!

Cheers!

There's nothing better than killin it and grillin it!

Thank you rich20730 for sharing this awesome video.

You and your friend are good shooting.

I live in Houston Texas and would like to go shoot hogs as well. How do you find locations to allow you to hunt hogs?

Mostly word of mouth, talking to a lot of people and making friends. Posting the kill videos on facebook will often stir up some interest and/or net me a referral.
