Great pictures! We hung our feeders yesterday and they were checkin' 'em out within minutes.

We saw the first one for the year at the ranch outside of Corsicana last weekend.

cheers I saw my first one last week. Put up a feeder the next day and only had one visit it that day. Now I see one every other day or so...little late this year for them compared to previous years. Last fall I had 30-40 at a time at 4 feeders during the day. May has always been the best time in the spring to see numbers of them.

Cute little boogers. I put ours out last week. Took about 10 minutes for one to show up. Right now I probably have 20-30. I think they tell their friends that the party is on at our house.

I need to get my feeders out! I'll wait until the forecasted storms are over though.

Neat little birds. Have several hanging around the feeders.

We have had them for a few weeks now that the butterfly bush and autumn sage are blooming. Cool little fella's!

Autumn Sage (salvia greggii) they love them. These sages bloom spring, summer into fall. Drought and deer tolerant so they work in my area very well.

I love them lil' birds but I just got eye blinded by that praying mantis pic. I smash 'em whenever I see 'em!
