What can I use on my Brit to remove cedar sap that’s not toxic to the dog? I want to remove some sticky spots before shearing

Quail hunting is like walking into, and out of a beautiful painting all day long. Gene Hill

Rubbing alcohol will dissolve it. May take two applications to get it all. Keep the dog from licking it. Hold the dog in front of a fan and it will evaporate in a few minutes.

Scissors will work too.

i keep a bottle of GoJo hand cleaner in the truck for oil and tar and stull that that the dogs might run through while hunting. It works wonders getting stuff like that out. I bet it'll get sap out also.
