Hello,

I am looking for opinions on ear buds that enhance sounds as well as muffle sound that exceeds a certain decibel, like gun shots.

Who make the best product? what do you have? Pros? Cons?

TIA

Walkers game ear Elite HD Power....I use as an everyday hearing aid. Works great. About $200 at Cabala's.

I also wear a Walkers game ear when hunting, 2 actually as determining which direction sounds come from is an issue with one. I wear them archery elk hunting and rifle hunting and they work great. Allows me to whisper to my spouse and hear what is said back to me. Never an issue with shots , it does muffle the sound very well.

I use the Walker's Razor-X as well but I replace them with earplugs before I shoot. They don't block enough for me. I've lost too much as it is and use the best protection I can when I shoot. They great for enhancing your hearing.
